FIRE RESISTANT BOARDS
ODICE proposes a complete range of incombustible boards with a thickness from 3 to 60 mm. Depending on their density and their chemical composition, these boards can be integrated in fire resistant structures as core material, as thermal shield or simply alone.

FIBRODICE MS is a board made from reinforced magnesium silicate. FIBRODICE MS presents a high level of dimensional stability and can be used as a thermal and acoustic insulator in all fire protection applications. FIBRODICE MS is non-combustible. FIBRODICE MS is manufactured without addition of asbestos.
Examples of applications for thermal shield FIBRODICE MS: insulation for wood and metal fire resistant doors, floors and ceilings, partitions, protection of metal structures, thermal rupture in metal construction.
ODIBOARD is an insulating board made from mineral fibres, expanded perlite and special binders. ODIBOARD is an excellent insulator. Its resistance to thermal shocks allows exposure to flames. Its excellent mechanical strength makes it easy to shape and work
Examples of applications for thermal insulation ODIBOARD: filling material ( core material) for fire resistant doors and partitions, insulation against any source of heat.
ODITEC core material is a lightweight calcium silicate board which is classified as non-combustible product.
ODITEC is used as a core material for fire doors. Its resistance to thermal shocks allows exposure to flames. ODITEC is a very lightweight board with excellent dimension stability. Its good mechanical strength makes it easy to shape and work with.
ODITEC calcium silicate board does not contain quartz nor asbestos.

PALUSOL® SW is a ready-made sandwich product composed of the intumescent fire protection panels PALUSOL® and High-Density Fiberboards HDF (FSC® 100% certified) to ensure resistance to fire.
PALUSOL® SW panels were specially developed for the manufacture of fire rated doors and fire rated partitions with fire resistance from 20 up to 90 minutes.
PROMATECT®-H is an autoclaved calcium silicate board which is resistant to humidity. The board is of an off-white colour with one smooth side and one slightly embossed side. It is particularly suitable for a wide range of interior applications or sheltered exterior applications.
Examples of applications for non-combustible boards PROMATECT®-H: structural elements (steel, concrete and wood), frames for glazed partitions, partitions, fire resistant doors, facade claddings, bungalows, lost formwork, post-installation.
FIBRODICE MS PLUS insulating fillers are made by multilayer fire-resistant material with high endothermic capacity.
FIBRODICE MS PLUS fillers can be inserted in aluminium and/or steel fire protection profiles. The mechanical and endothermic properties of FIBRODICE MS PLUS fillers improve the thermal insulation and decrease the temperatures on non-fire side.
SUPALUX®-S is a board made from a calcium silicate matrix reinforced with cellulose fibres. The material contains neither inorganic fibres nor formaldehyde. It is one of only a few boards to combine resistance to humidity, mechanical strength and fire resistance.
Examples of applications for non-combustible boards SUPALUX®-S : Fire resistant partitions, fire resistant ceilings suspended beneath wood, steel and concrete floors with direct fixing under wood floors, component for fire resistant doors, wall lining.
PROMATECT®–MT materials are rigid insulation boards with a low thermal conductivity. They are specifically formulated without asbestos and mineral fibres. PROMATECT®–MT products have low shrinkage and high strength and therefore provide effective and stable insulation solutions for industrial applications.
