INTUMESCENT FIRE AND SMOKE SEALS AND BOARDSOpen or Close

Based on the three intumescent technologies (sodium silicate, ammonium phosphate and graphite), ODICE offers a wide range of fire seals and fire sheets. The co-extruded fire seals enhance a good cold smoke tightness and some extra dB for the acoustical insulation.
SMOKE SEALSOpen or Close

ODISEAL GW & ODISEAL 3L smoke seals provide protection against cold smoke and give acoustical insulation.
THERMAL INSULATORSOpen or Close

Made from alkaline fibers, Superwool fibers are incombustible and soluble in physiological solutions. Thanks to their compressibility, superwool papers and blankets insures a very good fire and smoke thightess.
FIRE RATED AIR TRANSFER GRILLESOpen or Close

Based on powerful intumescent technology, the rectangular (V) or circular (VC) air transfer /ventilation grilles, VENTILODCE, are ideally placed for the natural ventilation through fire resistant partitions or doors.
PRODUCTS FOR FIRE RATED GLAZING SYSTEMSOpen or Close

ODICE offers a range of fire resistant materials for fire rated glazing systems. These fire resistant products provide effective thermal insulation, preventing the spread of fire and smoke on the periphery of the fire resistant glazing and of door leaf. The non-combustible endothermic inserts increase the fire resistance of metal constructions up to 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
FIRE RESISTANT BOARDSOpen or Close

ODICE proposes a complete range of incombustible boards with a thickness from 3 to 60 mm. Depending on their density and their chemical composition, these boards can be integrated in fire resistant structures as core material, as thermal shield or simply alone.
FIRE PROTECTION FOR VENTILATED FACADESOpen or Close

FB® Cavity Barrier - is a fire stopping solution for ventilated facades. Thanks to its design and intumescence, in case of fire ventilated cavity barrier FB® Cavity Barrier ensures the compartmentation of ventilated cavity in the façade and prevents the spread of fire with the chimney effect .
NON-COMBUSTIBLE GLUESOpen or Close

Silicate based glue with a high endothermical power, the PYROCOL glues enables efficient bonding between metals and many different porous materials (gypsum, rockwool, Odiboard, Fibrodice, ...)
INTUMESCENT PU FOAMS AND SEALANTSOpen or Close

The range of fire resistant sealants and foams is quite wide at ODICE. Depending on the requested type of installation or colours, you will find the adapted sealant. All the products have been tested and certified for fire resistant application. (Door frame, expansion joints, doors, partitions, glazings, ...)
NON-COMBUSTIBLE JOINT BACKER MATERIALOpen or Close

Made from rock wool or other incombustible fibres, the lagging ropes from ODICE offers a wide range of fire resistant gap thightning solutions. These solutions can be combined with acrylic or silicone sealants for even more possibilities.
THERMAL BREAKSOpen or Close

Combining high mechanical resistance and good thermal insulation, the POLYODICE and MORTON® sheets can be custom cut and machined so as to assure very good thermal breaks for fire resistant structural elements.
