Cooling profiles for filling fire-rated profile systems
ODICE offers a range of fire resistant materials for fire rated glazing systems. These fire resistant products provide effective thermal insulation, preventing the spread of fire and smoke on the periphery of the fire resistant glazing and of door leaf. The non-combustible endothermic inserts increase the fire resistance of metal constructions up to 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
FIBRODICE MS PLUS insulating fillers are made by multilayer fire-resistant material with high endothermic capacity.
FIBRODICE MS PLUS fillers can be inserted in aluminium and/or steel fire protection profiles. The mechanical and endothermic properties of FIBRODICE MS PLUS fillers improve the thermal insulation and decrease the temperatures on non-fire side.
FIBRODICE MS PLUS can be used to reach fire ratings that are not possible with ordinary materials such as gypsum board.
FIBRODICE MS PLUS fillers are manufactured to customer drawings. They are delivered ready to be assembled in the cavities of aluminium or steel profiles, such as frames of fire doors, windows or partitions.
