PALUSOL® PL is an intumescent fire seal made from PALUSOL, a hydrated sodium silicate material, encapsulated in a vinyl film or an aluminium foil for the PALUSOL PL ALU version.

Examples of applications for intumescent fire seals PALUSOL® PL: peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, shutters, dampers, cabinets etc.), with an anti-finger trapping system, circular fire dampers , enhancement of the fire resistance of various elements etc.

PALUSOL® P and PALUSOL® PM are intumescent fire seals made from PALUSOL, a hydrated sodium silicate material, encapsulated in a rigid thermoplastic profile.

Examples of applications for intumescent fire seals PALUSOL® P&PM: peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, shutters, dampers, cabinets, walls, cable penetration systems etc.), enhancement of the fire resistance of various elements etc.

PALUSOL W is un intumescent fire seal made from PALUSOL®, a hydrated sodium silicate material, encapsulated in a rigid thermoplastic profile with wood imitation. Different types of wood imitation are available.

Examples of applications for intumescent fire seals PALUSOL W: peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, cabinets, walls, etc.).

PALUSOL^® EF is an intumescent fire seal made from PALUSOL, a hydrated sodium silicate material, encapsulated in a rigid thermoplastic profile in combination with a protection against cold smoke.

Examples of applications for intumescent fire and cold smoke seals PALUSOL® EF: fire resistant or flame resistant doors, swinging or sliding, with a single or double door-leaf in addition to fire-resistant shutters and smoke dampers.

PALUSOL 100 and 104 intumescent boards consist of hydrated sodium silicate. Above 100°C intumescent boards and strips made from PALUSOL start to expand and form a fine-pored, compression resistant, non-combustible layer of foam. The formed foam constitutes a heat resistant insulating layer which seals the gaps and joints of construction elements, thereby preventing the passage of smoke, heat and flames.

Examples of application: wood and metal fire-resistant doors. fire resistant safes and strong boxes, fire resistant dampers, fire resistant sleeves for pipe penetrations, cable penetration seals, fire resistant glazed profiles and elements, fire resistant elements for the rail and shipping industries,  Thermal insulation of boards etc.

FLEXILODICE® is a graphite-based flexible and intumescent fire seal. When exposed to fire, the intumescent material expands  and forms a microporous layer which prevents the passage of any flames, smoke or hot gases.

Examples of applications for Flexible intumescent fire  seals FLEXILODICE: Peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, shutters, dampers, cabinets, partition walls, cable penetration systems etc.), enhancement of the fire resistance of construction elements.

FLEXILODICE® PM are a co-extruded graphite-based intumescent seal with a coloured layer. FLEXILODICE® PM QS version has been designed especially for mechanical fixing into a groove

Examples of applications ofr intumescent fire seals FLEXILODICE® PM and FLEXILODICE® PM QS: Peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, shutters, dampers, cabinets, partition walls, etc.).

FLEXILODICE OCS 1200 & 1201 - graphite-based flexible intumescent fire and smoke gaskets. Co-extruded part ensures a cold smoke tightness. When exposed to fire, the intumescent material expands and prevents the passage of any flames, hot smoke or gases.

FLEXILODICE OCS 1200 & 1201 are listed in Category G (Edge - Sealing systems) & H ( Smoke and Draft Control) following UL10C.

INTERDENS is an intumescent material made from ammonium phosphate which protects and enhances the fire resistance of wood and wood-based materials. It is available in semi-rigid boards and seals.

Examples of applications for intumescent sheets & seals INTERDENS® 5, 15 & 36: partitions, the surrounds of inspection windows, the casings of latch, locks and hinges, built-in metal fittings etc.

ODIBOARD is an insulating board made from mineral fibres, expanded perlite and special binders. ODIBOARD is an excellent insulator. Its resistance to thermal shocks allows exposure to flames. Its excellent mechanical strength makes it easy to shape and work

Examples of applications for thermal insulation ODIBOARD: filling material for fire resistant doors and partitions, insulation against any source of heat.

FIBRODICE MS is a board made from reinforced magnesium silicate. FIBRODICE MS presents a high level of dimensional stability and can be used as a thermal and acoustic insulator in all fire protection applications. FIBRODICE MS is non-combustible. FIBRODICE MS is manufactured without addition of asbestos.

Examples of applications for thermal shield FIBRODICE MS: insulation for wood and metal fire resistant doors, floors and ceilings, partitions, protection of metal structures, thermal rupture in metal construction.

ODITEC core material is a lightweight calcium silicate board which is classified as non-combustible product. 

ODITEC is used as a core material for fire doors. Its resistance to thermal shocks allows exposure to flames. ODITEC is a very lightweight board with excellent dimension stability. Its good mechanical strength makes it easy to shape and work with.

ODITEC calcium silicate board does not contain quartz nor asbestos. 

Examples of applications for thermal insulation ODITEC: filling material for fire resistant doors and partitions, insulation against any source of heat.

SUPALUX^®-S is a board made from a calcium silicate matrix reinforced with cellulose fibres. The material contains neither inorganic fibres nor formaldehyde. It is one of only a few boards to combine resistance to humidity, mechanical strength and fire resistance.

Examples of applications for non-combustible boards SUPALUX®-S : Fire resistant partitions, fire resistant ceilings suspended beneath wood, steel and concrete floors with direct fixing under wood floors, component for fire resistant doors, wall lining.

PROMATECT^®-H is an autoclaved calcium silicate board which is resistant to humidity. The board is of an off-white colour with one smooth side and one slightly embossed side. It is particularly suitable for a wide range of interior applications or sheltered exterior applications.

Examples of applications for non-combustible boards PROMATECT®-H: structural elements (steel, concrete and wood), frames for glazed partitions, partitions, fire resistant doors, facade claddings, bungalows, lost formwork, post-installation.

PROMATECT®–MT materials are rigid insulation boards with a low thermal conductivity. They are specifically formulated without asbestos and mineral fibres. PROMATECT®–MT products have low shrinkage and high strength and therefore provide effective and stable insulation solutions for industrial applications.

These fire resistant air transfer grilles are developed to allow the free circulation of air at room temperature through construction elements (walls, doors etc.) while at the same time offering effective protection against flames, smoke and gases in case of fire.
