Combining high mechanical resistance and good thermal insulation, the POLYODICE and MORTON® sheets can be custom cut and machined so as to assure very good thermal breaks for fire resistant structural elements.

POLYODICE is a laminated composite made from glass fibre (23%) and unsaturated polyester resin with good fire reaction properties. The material is presented in the form of sheets or pre-cut strips. It contains no halogen and does not release any toxic gases.

MORTON® is a laminated composite made from glass fabric and phenolic resin, especially formulated for fire resistance. It is presented in the form of sheets or pre-cut strips. It contains no halogen and does not release any toxic gases.
Examples of applications for thermal break sheets & strips MORTON: thermal breaks when installing fire resistant doors and partitions, and in kilns and paint booth.
