PRODUCTS FOR FIRE RATED GLAZING SYSTEMS
ODICE offers a range of fire resistant materials for fire rated glazing systems. These fire resistant products provide effective thermal insulation, preventing the spread of fire and smoke on the periphery of the fire resistant glazing and of door leaf. The non-combustible endothermic inserts increase the fire resistance of metal constructions up to 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.

FLEXILODICE® is a graphite-based flexible and intumescent fire seal. When exposed to fire, the intumescent material expands and forms a microporous layer which prevents the passage of any flames, smoke or hot gases.
Examples of applications for Flexible intumescent fire seals FLEXILODICE: Peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, shutters, dampers, cabinets, partition walls, cable penetration systems etc.), enhancement of the fire resistance of construction elements.
The FLEXILODICE BS is a flexible intumescent fire gasket for fire resistant glazing systems. FLEXILODICE BS is made of coextruded intercalated graphite combined with a thermoplastic lip. It enables a unique combination of properties: fire resistance, aesthetic and easy to install.
The intumescent component expands at least 9 times its initial thickness. The micro porous layer generated by this expansion avoids flame, smoke and other hot gases to leak around the glazing.
FLEXILODICE GLASS - fire rated glazing seals for fire resistant glazing systems.
FLEXILODICE GLASS schould be installed around fire rated glass. When exposed to fire, the FLEXILODICE GLASS expands and forms a microporous layer which prevents the passage of any flames, smoke or hot gases.
PALUSOL® PL is an intumescent fire seal made from PALUSOL, a hydrated sodium silicate material, encapsulated in a vinyl film or an aluminium foil for the PALUSOL PL ALU version.
Examples of applications for intumescent fire seals PALUSOL® PL: peripheral seals for fire resistant systems (doors, shutters, dampers, cabinets etc.), with an anti-finger trapping system, circular fire dampers , enhancement of the fire resistance of various elements etc.
FIRESTOP 700 is a low modulus,one-part, neutral curing, fire-rated silicone sealant. It is used as a fire glazing sealant, for sealing of expansion joints and for pipe or cable penetrations in structures where fire protection is required..
Examples of applications for fire resistant silicone one-component sealant FIRESTOP® 700 : mirror seals on flame resistant and fire resistant glazing, fire resistant seals, penetrating seals, seals for ventilation ducts, seals for curtain walls, seals for cable and pipe penetration systems, links between partition walls and masonry.
ODIWOOL BLACK paper - is a very effective thermal insulation product. It is used for insulation of the periphery of fire-resistant glazings. ODIWOOL BLACK paper is non-combustible and has a very good resistance to high temperatures, does not contain ceramic fibre.
In case of fire, ODIWOOL BLACK paper strip ensures effective sealing of the fire-resistant glass into fire-resistant construction and prevents the passage of flames and hot gases.
SUPERWOOL® paper is an excellent thermal insulator with low thickness. It is easy to use and has high resistance to tearing. SUPERWOOL® paper is not toxic it's a replacement product for ceramic fibres. Classified as non-combustible material SUPERWOOL® paper has classification temperature 2192°F.
Examples of applications for thermal insulating paper SUPERWOOL®: non-combustible backing material for seals on fire resistant glazing systems.,seals and protection in fire resistant equipment (doors, dampers etc.), protection of lock casings, door closers, panic bars, thermal and acoustic shields (lift doors, transport, marine etc.).
Odice offers a range of setting blocks for fire resistant glazing systems. Made from non-combustible materials ODICE SETTING BLOCKS are available in thickness from 3 to 20mm.They have good mechanical properties and insure a support for fire resistant glazing at very high temperatures. These setting blocks could be also used for the installation of fire resistant door frames and partition walls.
